Is it very good at adding muscle mass? Will that mass stay when you stop taking it?
Also, what's the best tecniques for using it, 5 grams a day every day?

Muscle that you build while on creatine will stay. The water weight/retention that you gain from going onto creatine will fade as you go off of it.
