Hey guys.
Im currently cutting, and i was wondering ift it was ok to have strawberries as my carb source with my post workout drink? Thanks.

You'd be better off using dextrose or maltodextrin. The fructose in strawberries, combined with the fiber is going to replenish liver glycogen (not muscle) and slow digestion respectively.

If you want a few strawberries in there for flavor, it's seriously not a big deal. However I wouldn't use them AS your carb source post-workout.
