dude at 235lbs 3000 calories is nowhere near a bulking.... at 21% bf I would say go on a cut first though.... But that's my own personal opinion... You can bulk if you don't mind getting a little fatter then cutting later. But you would need more then 3000 calroies to bulk @ 235lbs.

Ok my bad. The mass shake is 1850 cals alone. So together with everything the total calories is about 4350. That is an estimate.

I would drop the eggs due to the fact that this is somewhat of a preworkout meal, and you really do not need anymore protein in that meal.

I really do not see the need to take in 1850 cals post workout. I would recommend ~75g of carbs and ~35g of protein which would be plenty IMO, although this would depend on LBM and duration/intensity of your workout.

It does not matter all that much, and I would just spread them out throughout the day. All of your meals contain carbs so I don't think you would have to worry about the fish oil being used up for energy, and I would shoot for at least 6g of fish oil per day and more would probably be better.

You might also think about adding more fat in your diet, but I am not really sure since you do not have the fat amounts listed. IMO you should try and get ~25% of your cals from fat.

The more bf that you have the harder it will be to add LBM, or in other words the ratio of fat gain to LBM gains will not be as good as that of a leaner person. Another problem with bulking at a high bf% is the fact that you will more than likely add some fat when bulking which would just increase the amount of time that you have to diet when that time rolls around.
