How does one adjust their sleep schedule when their body wont let them? For example, for the past week I've been going to bed at around 2 and waking up at around 11am on average. Now I have to train myself to wake up at 6:30 am and my body wont go to sleep at 10 or so and I cant get the required sleep...what can I do?
You have to just get up at the time you need to get up. So get up @ 6:30 am, no matter what time you went to bed. You will get tired earlier, due to lack of sleep, so go to bed earlier in response. It will take a few days, at least, but its about the only way to really do it.

BUMP.
It'll take about 14 days to 'reset' your clock, don't remember where I heard that though.
Takes around 1 day per hour that you adjust it. Brought to you by your friendly amature psychologist. ;)
IMO, dont nap when you feel tired the next day. Hold out until 10 and try to crash, you should sleep better.
