definetly some improvements made. cutting is hard especially with all that good navy chow ! lol

Has anybody noticed that everyone is not tanned in there before pics, and are always tanned in the after pics? Is there something going on that I havent been informed about?

BTW, are you in the Navy or something? It looks like you took those pictures in a ship deck.

Yes, I am in the navy. LAM hit it right on when he said it is hard to cut on navy food and it is really hard to get/keep a tan unless you hit a few tropical ports.. ;)

I got my diet on track by cutting out the junk food, soda, etc.. from there I did a daily cardio routine:
warm up: 10 min run
row: 15 mins
bike: 10 mins
run: 25 mins
crunches between exercises

I also took a ECA.
