You go to failure because are you happy with teeny weeny results or maximum results?

I will be happy to email it to you once I have written it ;). By the way, I finally remembered where I got that percentage from. Someone was challanging my ideas and asked where I came up with that percentage. It was from Human Anatomy and Physiology 2nd Edition by Elaine N. Marieb.
