Even though this may sound stupid, after a lot of looking around, I cannot find dextrose where I live.
Im planning on resuming training in about a month (not currently working out due to injuries), and Im looking for a source of post-workout carbs to have along with the whey as my post-workout shake.
Ive noticed that AST sells DGC(Dextrorotatory Glucose Crystals) and thought of using this. Is this the same as dextrose?
And btw, I may be visiting England soon, does any1 know where I can find dextrose without too much looking around there? maybe a site from which i could order from?
