I was thinking of taking a creatine supplement either right now or waiting til September when summer is over and school is gonna be starting. The two kinds that i saw that i been thinking about trying are Cell Tech and ATP Advantage Creatine Serum. I was wondering if anyone has tried either of these kinds and if they could tell me the positives and negatives about each one. Also id be willing to try another brand if anyone has something good to say about another kind that they tried. I'm not really looking for the best creatine but don't want the cheapest either. Thanks

Save yourself some money and get the cheapest creatine monohydrate powder you can find and toss it into your post workout shake, or any other shake. Timing isn't that important.
Loading is unnecessary, you can couple it with simple sugars if you like post workout, but it isn't the end of the world if you don't.
If you buy cell tech you are wasting quite a bit of money on common everyday ingredients, and if you buy creatine serum you are a sucker that fell prey to adds that are from from honest and flat out misleading. It's absolutely useless, you might as well pour it down the drain.
Hope that helps you with your decision. :)
<rant>i'm getting really tired of people telling me that cell tech is xxx(random 3 digit number) times more effective than "normal creatine" and ditto for nitro tech and whey.</rant>

Isn't it, though? That crap is way overpriced when you can mix the ingredients yourself much cheaper. Why would you want to waste your money on something that does the exact same *****?
