Dextrose calorie value??

I did a search, there are so many different values?

1.25 tsp = 4 grams carbs?

13 tsp = 40grams carbs?

1/3 cup = 70grams of carbs or 50 grams?

What one is correct?

I believe this one is pretty accurate:

60g=6.25 tablespoons=6 tablespoons + .75 teapsoons = .39 cups

I have checked the above formula on a triple beam and a digi since and it came out at 58.5 which IMO is extremely accurate
