and I agree that you should be getting more fats, the protein could be dropped a bit more like you said

well it looks good to me. i guess it depends on how strict u wanted to be.
I mean, you could drop the mayo from the sandwich, and replace it with a better source of fat. but it looks fine to me :)

Almonds would be good also :). I believe it has more fat than cashews though.

Why so much protein pre-workout? You could drop that down a bit and add in some more fat. Maybe replace some of the n-6 fats with olive oil, which is can be thought of as a neutral fat. This would help help improve the ratio of n-3 to n-6 fats.

Yes, and 10-15g would probably be plenty for preworkout.
