i found this site on accident, looking for tips to develop inner pecks :) But i looked around and read some stuff here and there and it turns out theres quite a bit of good info around so i registered
Anywhoo heres me after about 6 months worth of lifting and gaining about 20 lbs worth of muscle (dont ask me what i looked like before...)

haha theyre on the way... i should add that i use gnc mega protein and creatine :)

That's after 6 months? Good progress (better than me when I was at 6 months a couple years back but I wasnt eating or training right). Btw you posted the same pic twice.

20 lbs in six months is pretty amazing. Nice work. But I have to ask the question, since either you knew what you were about when you started or had a bit of help.

I didnt have any help really,
i just looked stuff up on the internet left and right. Especially how to gain muscular weight vs. cardio. I've always had fast metabolism (i could eat anythign and not gain weight) so i basically went to gym every day for the first 6 months.
Lately i've been doing just 3x a week with very heavy loads +creatine and protein shakes. It seems to give me more definition and im starting to look more cut.
