I gather by the ingredients it's pretty weak unless I'm thinking about the original formula

Holto is right Lean system 7 is underdosed at 50mg. You need at least 200mg of 7-keto to be effective. I would go with Musculean by Beverly(no flames Holto) or 1fast400 who has a 7-keto product.

is keto 7 safe as LS7???? i can't afford to get ill but need some body fat reduction with my cardio any experiences of using keto?
