Just got Optimim Whey for first time

I used to take VP2 Whey Isolate from AST but seemed to get the feleing that Optimium Whey is just as good and a lot cheaper.
I still have some Creatine HSC from AST left over and plan on mixing this with my Optimum for post workout. Does Optimium mix well with Creatine just by shaking.

Is it really as good as VP2, in a lot of cases you get what you pay for

I recently switched from VP2 to Optimium, both are chocolate. The VP2 tastes alot better. The Optimium tastes like chalk.

It does mix well with creatine in shaker bottle, but it taste awful Make sure the water is ice-cold. Yuck.

The VP2 is mostly Whey Isolate which is better than the Whey Concentrate that Optimum is mostly made up of. However, during a high protein diet, the quality of the protein is not that important, its the quantity. I think VP2 is more than double the price of Optimum. Buying whey isolate has never made that much sense to me.

^^ I believe the new formula has isolate as the first quadplex blend, and has added digestive enzymes. I should pitch for optimum :)

optimum 100% whey has a new formula? i saw that the design of the container was completely redone...but i didnt know they altered anything else.
