Any certain brands? Shall I get whey? I have never taken protein powder before, so i am kinda clueless about it.

Buy Prolab Pure Whey it tastes great and Prolab is a very reputable brand name

yeah, prolab are trust worthy - as are ast i hear.

I think Gino is a fan of EAS, and shaggy is just dumb with money so buys anything that says will make him grow...

check out what your local health store has in the way of own branded protein. you may be suprised [ i was]

August, as anybody in the trade will tell you, is a slow month. That said with Hulks help at revamping the site - still waiting on the site statistics hulk - another oh so subtle hint, it has been improving.

I set myself the target, for myself and the guys I work with, of 1000 kilos and we will hit that by October. So all things considered not so bad. Next year I want 4000 kilos and then 16 tonnes.

Sounds like a lot - it ain't. Its 250-400 guys and gals buying 4 bags a year. And thats just using 200 grammes a day each.

Right now though I need another 2-3 bods for the end of August order...

I would go with BigWhey in the 5lb bag- or if you have a little more $$- go with MAxPro from MAxMuscle...its a little lighter on the stomach too.
