I was just wondering do you guys think it would work to work my abs for like 10 minutes or so (since i didnt get a chance to iduring any of my other workouts) and then after working my abs, go right into some HIIT right after?
i'm just asking becuase i know doing cardio before/after a workout isnt always ideal, but since it would only be my abs for 10-15 minutes, would it make much of a diff.?
