Fast food giving me constipation in the gym.

I broke every rule and had some Popeyes before working out, let's just say I had to leave early because my stomach was killing me. I guess I have another reason to stop eating that trash.

It's easy to say but hard to do.

usually that stuff goes in my mouth and out the other end...greasey stuff slides down fast...

it is your body telling you to be smart in what you feed it. a little bad stuff is ok though.
