Hey guys. I'm in post cycle 4 wks of 6-OXO. Should I diet, bulk, or maintain? I was cutting the last 4 wks.

More info. huh? Weeeeeeeeell....I have been doing a cut cycle of 1-tnt for the past 4 weeks. My weight has actually increased slightly but I've gotten leaner. I could attribute this increase to either LBM gains or water retention or both. I'm still not as lean as I would want to be before a bulk but I worry about dieting while doing post cycle as I think it could lead to LBM loss. I have been dieting on 2800-3000 cals a day with moderate carbs/fat and high protein. I weigh about 215 give or take ( but look like I should weigh 175)The 1-tnt was great and all but I wanted to be MUCH leaner before this is over. I have yet to ever use an ECA so that could possibly help...who knows. What else would you like to know?

I did check out your journal. I'd continue to diet but take it very slowly while on the 6 oxo. You shouldn't lose too much if you continue at 1-2lbs per week lose.
