Hi, I'm trying to gain mass and I'm just taking pure whey protein. I sometimes take 1 in the morning, I take 1 before my workout and 2 right after. Is this good? I was thinking about ALSO taking Methoxy-Pro, should I also add this in as well? Thanks

Methoxyisoflavones IMO are completely useless. Make sure your getting enough protein from both a protein rich diet that includes plenty of meats and protein shakes. If your trying to put on mass, you should making your shakes in milk and adding carbs. YOu need calories to bulk up as well, pure whey sint the 'whey' :) to go in my opinion. Try a formula such as ProLab's NLarge2 or something simular. Or you could make your own.

i would say cut out some of the protein shakes, dont relie to much on them....try to get your protein from other sorces such as tuna etc. use the whey to supplement like its ment for i drink two a day at the most. your family will probley like you more too :fart:
