After my weights session i normally have 30g of whey in a drink, 30g of maltodextrin and now i am thinking of using creatine. Would it be wise to put the 5g a day in the after qork out water? or is it better to spread these three supplements out differently, perhaps creatine and maltodextrin an hour before workout?

Post workout would be an excellent choice.
I don't know if this holds true, but I heard a 5:1 ratio carbs:creatine is best. Try 50 grams of malto or dextrose and 10g creatine. Plus the extra carbs would be beneficial post workout IMO.

No need for 10g of creatine IMO, and 5g would be plenty.
