I think it could be him. They have the same mouth, minus a few lbs. :)
Besides, I'd say there's quite a few years between photos. He looks quite a bit older in the second pic. Good job man. Has to feel good.

Thanks for the praise. It is indeed me. Took me a hell of a lot of dieting, running, and jumping rope. Just have 2 or 3 more pounds to shed.

Most of it took me a year. About 100 lbs of it. The rest was coming off slowly in the last four years. I was going to the gym on and off. I did a lot of cardio last year. I burned fat and muscle. I was also not eating right. I was skinny but still carried some fat. This year I gained all my muscle back. I am leaner. I weigh 166. Last year around this time I was 170 or so. Right now I am trying to loose 2 or more pounds. After that Its is maitenence.

I am still working on it. That is why I doing hell of a lot of light reps.

donescobar i did the same thing went from 268 to 180 before i realized lifting would help

It truly does. Never Stop Lifting I commited that error and lost muscle. tuttut But I'm back to where I was...plus leaner!:D
