i think the first pic is not really him. need more proof.

07-13-2003, 11:48 PM
I think it could be him. They have the same mouth, minus a few lbs. :)

Besides, I'd say there's quite a few years between photos. He looks quite a bit older in the second pic. Good job man. Has to feel good.

where did you leave all the fat? did you make soap?

07-14-2003, 05:48 AM
Thanks for the praise. It is indeed me. Took me a hell of a lot of dieting, running, and jumping rope. Just have 2 or 3 more pounds to shed.

07-14-2003, 07:17 AM
how long did that take in real time?

07-14-2003, 08:10 AM
Most of it took me a year. About 100 lbs of it. The rest was coming off slowly in the last four years. I was going to the gym on and off. I did a lot of cardio last year. I burned fat and muscle. I was also not eating right. I was skinny but still carried some fat. This year I gained all my muscle back. I am leaner. I weigh 166. Last year around this time I was 170 or so. Right now I am trying to loose 2 or more pounds. After that Its is maitenence.

Awesome man! Not trying to be cruel or anything, but it looks like you need more work on your chest :)
