Hi all Mistress Dee,

I'm new to journal land but with your help and encourgement I hope to make my goals a reality.

Main goal. 135 lbs currently 175 lbs down from 185 lbs in Jan.

Working out 3 days per week with my husband and am trying to incorporate some cardio to help. Main problem I think is diet.

Hey! This is my very first post all on my own my husbanbd likes to to everything for me, so please bare with me I am the worlds worst speller. As if Monday's aren't bad enough it's leg day for me and my husband. Fun Fun Fun! Today was a pretty productive leg day or me since I didn't get to last week due to a sore ankle. Here's my routine.

Hack squats- 3sets 7reps 65lbs {first time for this exercise}
Squats- 3sets 7reps 100lbs
Leg curls- 3sets 7reps 5plates
Seated calf raises- 3sets 7reps 65lbs
Leg extentions- 3sets 7reps 60lbs {first time for this exercise}
SLDL- 3sets 7reps 105lbs{up form 95lbs}
Closed grip bench- 3sets 7reps 80lbs{up for 75lbs}
Narrow tricep press- 3sets 7reps 45lbs{up from 42 1/2lbs}

We usually do rope tricep pre (3sets 7reps 70lbs), but we had to cut our workout short today our oldest son had football practice.

Hey it's wednesday or what I like to call "perk the pups day", how's everybody doing? I layed out at the pool all day, man the sun can really zap all of your energy. Well here's my usual wednesday work out.

flat bench- 3sets 7reps 85lbs
incline bench- 3sets 7reps 85lbs {up from 80lbs}
cable crossover high pulleys- 3sets 7reps 52 1/2lbs
cable crossover low pulleys- 3sets 7reps 40lbs
shrugs- 3set 7reps 40lbs dumbells
military press- 3sets 7reps 65lbs {up form 60lbs}
upright cable rows- 3sets 7reps 100lbs {up from 90lbs}
dips- 3sets 7reps 80lbs counter wt

as soon as my 15year old son gets home to watch my 8 and 6 year old, my husband and I are going to go walking around the track at the high school. And he's all to happy to have to baby sit.

Just dropped in cause I thought you had a cool Journal title. Yeah LMFAO I can see the pleased look of any 15 yr old when they find out they get to watch their siblings! PRICELESS!

Well haven't posted much lately. Did something to mess up my shoulder. I hope it's a pull and not rotator problems.


The only up side is the gym is closed this week for repairs so maybe it will heal.:rolleyes:

She's finally back. The shoulder is better though not 100%. She went kinda light yesterday and will go back full force Monday.


Yell at her and tell her to get offa her ass and post the work.:D

This must be the mistress dee i hear so much about in Midee's journal. Nice to see you on the boards MD. I'll be lookin for some posts. BTW glad to see the injury didn't set you back too far

Injuries suck. Coming from a 15 year old with no siblings...babysitting sucks. My best friend has 3 siblings and his parents work all day, he has to watch them monday-friday on the summer. That really sucks.

Time to dig the journal out of the dust and bump it to the first page.


Maybe Ihope with a few comments she will get into the swing of things. She's getting disgusted with her weight loss so we are redoing our workout accordingly.:cool:

Laying offa the heavy lifting till after football season. Hoping to concentrate on diet and cardio. We walked 2 miles and played raquetball with the kids for 35-40 minutes today. Off to a good start so far I just hope we can make it.

She wants to hit about 135. She is currently at 174.5. We have 2.5 months till football season is over and we go back to heavy lifting.Maybe with all your support and suggestions she will realize her goal and be happy.:)



Yell at her, cuss her, offer her advice any help will be appreciated.

Hey Mistress Dee, get those session posted, cardio, weights, and maybe even your diet. You'll get tons of feedback and help, I know I did! Good luck with your goals.
