Dont think so. I`v been using it in PW shake for some time,I`ve not seen any.

unless if you are very sensitive to sugar, i wouldnt think so.

Well, post-workout, I usually have 40 grams. I don't know if it's too much or too many, but it's just my personal preference.

too many cals cause weight gain
if you count the cals in your shake and it adds up to what you want you will not gain weight
there is no magic number where fat deposition occurs
when I'm cutting I take over 100g's sometimes
some will say that it reduces insulin sensitivity but this is simply not true
blood glucose levels rise and clear very quickly as muscle is ready to absorb large amounts of sugar
insulin resistance is brought on when blood glucose & insulin levels are high BETWEEN meals
post w/o is not similar to this scenario
