I found a nutritonal calculator online and it gave me this feedback:
Daily Nutritional Breakdown
Body weight - 170 pounds
Calories: 2550
Protein: 325.12 grams
Carbs: 229.5 grams
Fat: 36.83 grams
It said this would help build lean muscle mass without the extra fat. Sound about right?

There is no magical number that works for everyone.
Off hand if building is the goal I would up the carbs and fat a bit.

Yeah that's AST's ratio's. It works good, but even I think fat is low on that. The main reason behind them using those ratio's is to sell you their protein supplements, though...

Ya it is AST.
Fat does look a little low. I thought I've always needed around 60-80 grams/day.
Now I just need to make a diet and stick to it. The hardest part.
Where is this AST? And what is it, exactly? A place to trust?
