Looks good. But since you're cutting, aren't you worried about the sugar in those bars?

Not really. I will only have 1 per day, IF that. I usually make food.

Total calories are more important, and as long as you are taking in adequate protein and EFAs it really is not going to matter that much at this point. Maybe when dieting down to a low bf% insulin would become more of an issue.
