Fitday is no good for us UK peeps....

Plus, it doesn't even register gammon steak as a food source?!?!?!



Also, the food brands/labels are mainly USA, most the brands on there i've never heard of....

Plus, with fitday, you don't have to download anything. Just register a name and password.

Crosstrainer allows you to track your progress in your workouts, and create graphs. In addition it allows you to enter measurements and create a 'history' of yourself, including photos, BF% etc.

Really you can't even compare it to fitday, it has so much more. Check it out.

I am gonna check out Crosstrainer for everything except nutrition. Fitday's "anywhere-accessability" means worlds for the lazy (me!)

I registered on fitday just for the hell of it...and I agree its good...mostly because of what technogeeky says....but IMO crosstrainer is light years away in terms of depth and customization.
