Folks,
Okay, I'm trying to get some variety into my diet. I've been sticking to my diet like my life depends on it, but I've been eating a lot of the same things everyday. Some things I can handle everyday (peanut butter), but I need some variety at breakfast. Can some of you folks make some suggestions for a good breakfast. I'm looking for the following:
Cal: 400 Kcal
Fat: 13g
Carb: 30g
Pro: 40g
I've been eating 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, and a cup of grits.
(Cal=435, Fat=15, Carb=36, Pro=35), but it gets kind of old eating the same thing every morning. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
