Okay, I'm trying to get some variety into my diet. I've been sticking to my diet like my life depends on it, but I've been eating a lot of the same things everyday. Some things I can handle everyday (peanut butter), but I need some variety at breakfast. Can some of you folks make some suggestions for a good breakfast. I'm looking for the following:

Cal: 400 Kcal
Fat: 13g
Carb: 30g
Pro: 40g

I've been eating 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, and a cup of grits.
(Cal=435, Fat=15, Carb=36, Pro=35), but it gets kind of old eating the same thing every morning. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I usually have 2 scoops of whey protein, a glass of milk and 1/2 cups oatmeal(dry measured)... But i think that's more than 30 g carbs...

I forgot...i throw 2 or 3 strawberries in it too...:D

How do you make your oats?

Well, I usually buy instant oatmeal, so I just heat up water on a kettle, and pour in on the oatmeal.

If it not instant (the ingrediants are just oats), I just boil it in a pot.

Is this what you're asking?

I was really asking if you just eat them plain, or do you mix anything with them. I see where some folks mix honey and splenda, cinnamon, etc. Any suggestions?

Oh. Sometimes I eat it with skim milk, a little brown sugar, or peanuts. Just add whatever you like :)

Get past the idea that you have to eat breakfast foods. Have a hamburger.
Lately for a quick breakfast, milk, oats, scoop whey and sometimes a bannana. Its quick to make and eat. Got everything.
