I eat a lot of non fat yogurt in my diet. However lately I think I have been getting a little bit fatter in the gut area.

How many carbs is too many carbs? I know mucles need carbs to grow and that carbs are good post workout....

How many grams a day are good? And should I not eat carbs late at night? People have always told me that carbs turn to fat if you dont' use them. :help: :hump: <--- this is nice

well if you eat too many calories day or night, u can get fatter . this doesn't mean u are eating too much *yogurt* specifically. if you are gaining, just means u are eating too much period.

post your diet /training to get feedback to see what is sabatoging you. also different brands of yogurt have different carb/protein ratios so u can switch brands to lower your carbs too. mine has 60/40 c/p.

Carbs don't make you fat. Eating more calories than you burn can make you fat.
