Here are my latest pictures taken today. I had a body composition test done last night and I am at 152 lbs, 10.5% bf. The mirror says I look better then this but pictures don't lie. I'm kind of dissappointed but I guess it's not bad for a 43 year old that had never lifted a weight 2 years ago. Let me know what you think and what I need to work on other than everything.

And just for kicks this is a before and after. That's me 2 years ago at 138 lbs and 12% bf on the left and me now on the right.

I come and go sporadically. I've been pretty busy trying to get a little freelance business going but now it's time to get serious about bulking again. After seeng your pics I'm totally inspired.

Made some pretty good progress so far.

Delts could use work, same goes for the lats.
