7 am N-Large shake 600 cals

10:30 am Chicken breast

11:30 chocolate milk

2:30 chicken breasat

4:30 can of tuna, little mayo

7:00 N-large after work out

9:00 cashews, milk, some sort of lean meat

10:00 goodnight

Rinse ,repeat

Just from looking at what information you have given, you could use more fat (EFAs) in your diet, along with some fiber. You might want to throw in some veggies with a couple of your meals, and maybe other carbs sources such as oats, sweet potatos, etc.

Unless you are having trouble getting in your cals for the day, I would save the N'Large for pre/post workout and go with whole food instead. The N'Large contains a lot of sugar (fructose), and that much over the course of the day is not beneficial IMO.

Looks like you are focusing mainly on protein, and IMO 1g of protein per lb. of bw is plenty. You could replace some of the protein with fats and carbs, which would allow you to keep your diet at the same calorie level.
