Hey this is my journal i guess, i know it would be easier to accomplish my goals if i do this so i am.. but im trying to bulk to 195 pounds.. and then cut to 190-185.. im currrently 150 right as of now..

Thursday - Off day,
Morning Breakfast (8:30 am)- Eggs, Ham Steak, Creatine Load,
Lunch-(1:00 pm) Chinese Brown Rice :) , ham on wheat, Creatine Load, Protein Shake.
(4:00)- Creatine Load
Dinner- (8:00) Brown Rice, Broccoli Sum more veggies, Protein bar (30g protein) yuck!!

Work out is tomor, if ne 1 could help me out with my diet please. i kno i need to eat more but i never have the stuff prepared, which i need to cuz i work around a hetic schedule..

When my schedule sucks weight gainers(cytogainer, nlarge) come in handy. Also peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are a good quick fix you can carry with you. If you can eat at work(and have a fridge) turkey sandwiches, sting cheese, peanuts, and cottage cheese and fruit are all quick fixes to get extra calories.

danm, 195 is a noble goal, but you gotta eat way more food!! try out some NLarge2 weight gainer or some meal replacement shake/bar...

split loooks real good. I would consider doing squats first on leg day, but otehrwise its fine. I like seeing you not doing too much useless small exercieses. Def. gotta up the calories if you want to hit 195.

Ruless, looking good in your journal, looks like we are more or less in the same place and wanna get to the same place (195lbs is a little to big for me though, im wanna be around 160). I would suggest getting a stricter diet, it has really helped me to put on weight, and I dont really see any fat which is real good.

back on track, ive been liftin just havent been trackin it down.. im slowly making progress goin up with the weights.. my bench hasnt moved but everything has really..

i dont think this creatine is doin much, im coppin some nlarge2 soon for some extra calories..

been drinkin a bit too i gotta stop

two nights being drunk is gonna set me back

but im back on track now

Damn you got even further to go then me, i'm sitting around 170 right now, though hopefully it's gone up a bit. What kind of gainer did you get that tastes nasty? The only one that i've tried is sci-fit mass bananna flavor, it was great, but now i just make my own, 3 scoops of protein, a few teaspoons of malto, it tastes great!

lost a bit of weight put on like 5-10 pounds of lean muscle.. basketball season is coming up and im stiff and lost a bit of coordination liftin and playing football so ima be running up hill and practicing in between lifting days.. sucks cuz it'll delay my bulkin but ima re-start it in feb..

I would try and bring some food to school that you can get down between classes. There are some recipes for homeade protein bars in the diet/reicpe forum that would be pefect.

Diet's been slacking a lot lately.. due to lazyness and meals not prepared so it forces me to eat fast food.. i need to start cooking everything sun night for the week..

Keep up the work dude. You've been doing real well, reminds me much of myself when I was your weight/experience. It's exciting to see the gains come once you get your diet together. 170's a hell of a number to hit, I know it was a milestone for me at the time. Just keep it up and your road to greatness is going to turn into 220+. The best advice I can offer you is not to lose your drive when it comes to meal preperation and eating itself. You keep up on that, and you'll be good to go bro.

"Leg Day!!"

Squats - 1 Set 185, 3 Sets 205, 8 reps each

Leg Press - 4 plates (Warm up) 10 reps, 6 plates, then 8, for 10 reps

Leg Ext - 110 , 8 reps, 2 sets

Leg Curl - woo i was done after this, 140, 8 reps, 3 sets

all in all nice short leg day.. i changed to a 4 day split so i do calves with shoulders.. and im also training with a partner now so it takes a bit longer to finish up

diet was superb today.. although i ran out of protein shakes.. yup :cry:

downed 2 cans of tuna post workout tho to make up

and i hope to achieve more sleep only got 6-7 hours last nite.. im going for 8-9 tonite

You're going for some serious weight man, but it can be done. I was at 150 in April, and at 168 now. I'm only shooting for 185 for now though. Do you think loading your creatine has helped you put on weight, because I'm lagging. Also, those protein bars I saw you ate are terrible.

yeah the bars are sick.. i think the creatine helped my gains a lot im pushing like 2 pounds a week.. clean

but it also is giving me a bit of facial acne

im really happy wid my progress

i ran outta protein again.. so im drinkin a drink with 50 g's still have to finish it.. i layed off creatine for a lil while due to facial acne i might start it again.. ive noticed big gains

it was ok.. diet was a bit of fast food too.. yeah had a date.. so italian was on the menu..

got tons of plans for the weekend too so i prob wont get in enough meals.. yeah sucks..

Execllent weights, man. I'm your size as well. Those squats came up in weight amazingly fast.

The ONLY thing that I think you need to fix are your pullups! You could definately start doing some weighted ones, but at shoulder width! Don't worry about wide grip pullups, they're a waste of time, and not too good for your shoulders. Start with 25 or 45 and aim for 8 reps with it.

BB Bench Press - 135x8 easy, 155x8 kinda tough, 2 sets of that
Incline DB Press - 40x8 2 sets no sweat, 45x8 kinda tough,
Decline BB Press - 155x8 3 sets ease..
DB Incline Flies - 30x8 5 sets, 30 second rest in between..

DB Curls - 35'sx8 warmup, 40'sx10 2 sets
DB Hammer Curls - 30'sx8 3 sets.. (no comment)

well yesterday i pulled a no show, no ride to the gym, lazy friends yeah i was pissed but i realized i already worked my chest sat, sooo i don't have to work it again..

Conclusion-maybe ill get my weight back, hopefully SOON! im liftin pansy weights with big intensity.. ive been eatin a **** load lately, but man i cant put on that weight , maybe buy a little weight gainer, iono ****.. i shouldn't be in a rush ill grow soon.. but i turn 16 in 2 weeks.. yup big 1-6, maybe i can lift big boy weights then.. maybe
