ive been lifting serioiusly for about a month now and havent been having a good diet and ive been eating a lot of junk foods and stuff, does a good diet play an extreme role in trying to gain muscle, how much is my bad eating habits limiting me from my results... please respond so i can have some help and motavation thank you
