Sometimes I get REAL hungry before bed. I'm on a cut. Should I just not eat before bed?
I know to keep it low carb, but does it matter if it has fat?
I usually have a glass of 1% milk, but this isnt enough sometimes. Is it ok to have some natty pb and fruit?

Well you should be eating something before bed, and I would go with some sort of protein and maybe a little fat to help slow the digestion. Something like cottage cheese and maybe a little natural peanut butter would be a good before bed meal:)

The whole "carbs before bed will turn into fat" is just a theory and really calorie balance will be the determining factor as to whether you gain weight or not.

Natty PB and milk is good to have before. The PB digests more slowly, and I believe the milk does too.

you could always try a micellar protein blend.
