Hey everyone,
OK so i got my bf tested and it is 11.1% now i want to get it down bettwen that 6-8% you kno to see those abs. I have been doin cardio and workin out unfotunitly im loosing alot of muscule too:( but im excepting that fact and just goin to finish cutting and then bulk up. Anywayz it seems like im skinny i can see my ribs which i dont like but my damn gut is takin forever to go away. Is that the very last thing im goin to loose? O and u can gain a pound of muscle a week how much can u loose?

Subcutaneous abdomincal fat is often particularly stubborn to lose in men by diet alone. Increasing exercise can be very helpful in mobilizing this fat. Some related studies are described below:

A change in VFM (visceral fat) appears to be related to an deficit in caloric balance either by dietary restriction (decrease caloric intake) or by increased caloric expenditure."

"CONCLUSIONS: Weight loss induced by increased daily physical activity without caloric restriction substantially reduces obesity (particularly abdominal obesity) and insulin resistance in men. Exercise without weight loss reduces abdominal fat and prevents further weight gain."

Answering your second question, the slower you lose weight the less likely you are to lose muscle. I would recommend losing 1lb per week or less.
