Hi there, i am new to BB or weightlifting. I am almost 32 and its time to start taking charge of my body. I used to run marathons and play a ton of sports.
I have never really been into nutrition or diets but now i am looking to reshape myself.
Heading off to bed, but thought i would post here to say hi, and please bear with me as i ask some questions about diet and routines in the other forums.
I have lurked for awhile and read quite a bit, but some of the info is overwhelming.
anyways, i am hoping its the beginning of a wonderfull experience.
