Casein powder for UK

Any of you guys tried this product? It seems interesting, as a pre-bedtime shake, or to mix it with other stuff.

Casein is in milk. 80% of milk protein is casein. or there abouts

What about a scoop of whey mixed with milk, as casein only has a b.v rating of 77 where whey has 104-159 and milk is 91, would this still be absorbed slowly as a pre-sleep protein drink?

Why do you wat to use whey? Milk has carbs in it which aren't alwas best for before bed - especially the sugar lactose.

Why not try tuna, eggs or steak before bed?
