Im trying to bulk at the moment trying to gain weight as fast as possible without to much fat.
I was gaining circa 1lb a week but in the last 2-3 weeks ive slowed down
I'm just wondering how much do i increase and which do i increase to continue bulking at the same previous rate.
Current weight 174lb
Currently per day:
Total caloric intake: 2950cal
160 g/ 640 cal Protein
350 g/ 1475cal Carbohydrate
62 g/ 590 cal Fat
