Do this for 25 minutes 4 times a week. Try this at the highest intensity possible. Go Slow for one minute then Fast as possible for another minute. Include a Slow 5 minute warm - up. With this you can easily burn 500 or more Calories. Begginers I suggest you do this in front of a mirror to get your coordination going. Start off with a weighted rope. With time you will eventually feel that rope is too light. This is when you move to the speed rope. The speed rope is what I am using in the video. Great for stamina and a total body workout.
