Big macs use to be the **** before they made the patties nickel size. I get those cravings too for a whopper sometimes or wendy's. When I give in my excuse is that I'm bulking and hey at least I'm not LOSING weight by eating it

here is what I want to know, how bad is it actually to eat a McChicken burger every once in a while? I mean you do get salad, you get chicken, you can wipe of the dressing...and a lil fat every once in a while won't hurt you ;) Any thoughts?
