OK, for the past 4 weeks I've been "clean" and yesterday I finally got semi-serious in the gym for the first time since I relocated a while back. Perhaps this journal will stick.

15" Box Squats

Back wouldn't hold its arch very well. Rest of my posterior was holding up fine. This is quite a drop in poundages from my peak.

Geez. I was spent. I know what to blame the volume discrepancy on, but I really thought I had more volume before I was exhausted. Lower back is really in need of help getting back into shape.
