OK, for the past 4 weeks I've been "clean" and yesterday I finally got semi-serious in the gym for the first time since I relocated a while back. Perhaps this journal will stick.

ME Sq/DL

15" Box Squats
45x5
135x3
225x1
275x1
335x1
405x1
425x1

Back wouldn't hold its arch very well. Rest of my posterior was holding up fine. This is quite a drop in poundages from my peak.

Romanian Deads
135x5
185x5
225x2 (ugh)
185x5
205x5

Yeah. I'm blaming everything on the workout lapse until I can prove otherwise.

Hyperextensions (40lb db behind my head)
3 sets of 10

Geez. I was spent. I know what to blame the volume discrepancy on, but I really thought I had more volume before I was exhausted. Lower back is really in need of help getting back into shape.

I'll be the first -

:spam:

I thought you were gonna do a test of a prohormone or something, along with maki? Or was that powerman....

Must have been Powerman, I've never had the urge to try those. What I tried was much more illegal.

ME Bench

Heh.

Bench
45x5
135x5
185x3
225x1
275x1
295x0
280x1

Not too far off.

Elbows Out Skullcrushers
4 sets of 8 with 105

Bentover Rows
2 sets of 12 with 135
275x8
305x2

Lost here too.

So far I'm still blaming off-time for the weight drops. The volume is another story altogether.

DE Sq/DL

Speed Squats
8 sets of 2 with 225

Speed was good. A couple times I went too fast and didn't hit a good depth, but for the most part all was well.

SLDL
315x3
275x6
225x10
135x12
275x6

Frustration started kicking in big time right about now.

Hyperextensions (hard to explain)
30 second hold, 10 second rest x 4

Basically I'd get halfway into the "ROM", about where I feel the most tension. Then I had a partner press against my shoulders just hard enough that I had to strain to stay in the position I was. Felt weird.
