What's the best set for forearms/wrists? Mine are weak, but my bi getting a solid peak! 15.25"

Looking well-formed but why are you so concerned with your arms? Post some pics of your back/chest/legs too.

Would like to see pix of the rest of the package. While there is some truth to lifting heavy shrugs to build forearms, most of the time I think genetics play a big role.

Forearms are one of the 4 mucle groups that as a whole are a bitch to build. If you use power straps during pulling exercises, stop that practice and you'll begin to notice some change. Yrs ago we used a boxer curl to build forearms.

Thanks! My forearms just wont grow, I've been doing behind the back BB/wrist curls lately...Helping some.

I feel your pain concerning forearm genetics. To be honest, your forearms don't look all that bad. Forearms and calves are two muscle groups you just gotta blast to oblivion with heavy weight to get them to grow.

Thanks. My forearms are just less 12" straight out unflexed. Somehow my Bi pics makes them look lots better flexed.
