Well, as some of you know, I am currently bulking, I was wondering if you thought Mac and Cheese is any good as a source of carbs, I have a couple boxes of them and I was wondering if you thought I should eat them...or just stay away.

I'd stay away, the macaroni noodles are most likely processed depending on what kind you bought, I'm guessing the yellow noodles

all foods are ok while bulking IMO. dont eat the whole box in one sitting of course, have a serving as part of your meal, and save the rest for another meal.

its the regular Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with the powder cheese, i love the taste, and even though I am bulking...it is relatively clean bulking.
lets assume for a minute that I was not culking, would this be an ok food to include in ones diet?

if you weren't bulking? I guess if you didn't care what you ate, I'd say it's be Grrreat! I love mac & cheese, and even though I'm bulking also, I'd eat a box of that Kraft because I like it so much if I had a box. But I wouldn't limit that to my only food in that meal. (I eat a lot) I would also add some protien in there (meats) and maybe a nice cold coke.
