Right, first day of new plan, allready shot to hell - woo hoo!

I'm working split days from 6am to 10am and then either 2pm to 6pm or 6pm to 10 pm (usually). Woke up in plenty of time but arsed around in the shower for ages so didn't have time for a decent breakfast, grabbed a pint of milk and got some candy bars. Go me!

I've got... 6 hours before I have to work job #2 so that should be enough time to eat three times, unfortunately I have no food in my house so its shopping time baby! And I have no car at the moment, which will suck.

Why am I typing this instead of eating? I don't know actually, thats how much I suck.

Brb

Ok back, had me some pasta, I think the only other thing i have in the house is rice so next stop has to be supermarket (damn students).

For a routine I'm going to finally listen to my body and have enough rest days between workouts, training twice a week feels so much better for me than three or four. So the plan is heavy compound movements with a 10 day or so rest between the same body part.

Day 1: Back (Deadlifts, Pull Ups, T Bar Rows)
Day 2: Shoulders (Standing Press, Behind Neck Press, Upright Rows)
Day 3: Legs (Squat, Leg Press, Leg Curls, Calf Raises)
Day 4: Chest (Bench Press, Inclined Dumbell Press, Flys)

I'll throw arm work in whenever, probably bis with chest and tris with shoulders but that will probably change randomly.

Diet is bulkin', eat as much as I can moderatly clean, mainly chicken and a hella lot of pasta. Post workout is protein shakes and shake before bed / naps.

The good thing about my jobs is that I can sleep after the gym or just generally in the afternoon :)

...and as pennance I will now insert this carniverous flesh eating earwig into my brain!

Ah nuts. Was working till 1am last night and got to sleep around 2 but had to get up 2 hours + 45 minutes later for my morning job. Which has screwed me because I was going to head to the gym today as I'm now finished for the day, but I'm too knackered.

Damage control baby, sleep this afternoon and eat all this evening, got another early tomorrow and then from 10am off so I can gym it then.

Diet so far is rubbish, had a couple of hamburgers, lol. Man I really have to go shopping...

Mind you on the plus side I've been offered a desk job for the next month at full time (and more normal) hours. So from monday I shouldn't have to get up at 4:45am any more - for a month at least, theres also the possibility of blagging it into lasting longer, that'd be sweet - a desk job for the rest of the summer would blatently do wonders for my gymin'

I really do suck at this.

Nevermind.

Kind of had a tiny hiccup in the training in my girl friend ditching me, guess it means we're not going on holiday anymore either :(

Anyway I definately need to get back into training, at least now I dont have many distractions.

I'm currently doing hella lot of hours at the moment which is going to make things diff but at least I have cash at the moment.

First things first, I have to get my diet sorted (see below...)

hey good luck on your goals and stuff.....

are you bulking or cutting? and watch those turkey and ham sandwiches, is that the stuff you buy in slices at the store = loaded with bad stuff. and if you havent tried it get the NEW ENGLAND BROWN BREAD = like 4 ingredients and is the best bread around, no fake stuff i it to ruin your cut OR bulk, whichever your on.....

Def bulking, I need to pull back some weight. The ham / chicken is actually the deli stuff from the carvery - its not too bad, mmm, mmmmmmmm.
