Wow. you look very strong and lean. Excellent. Big asians are rare, then again you look a bit Persian too, especially in the first pic.

I think your back is your strongest part. you actually look smallest in the last pic.

Excellent work. what are your goals from here?

07-29-2003, 08:15 AM
Nice back and shoulders! Not that the rest is too shaby either.

Welcome to the boards. :hello:

07-29-2003, 08:33 AM
Great separation in that last pic.

07-29-2003, 08:38 AM
are you the only big guy in your gym?

in that 2nd last pic, it looks like everyone else in your gym weighs about 90 lbs. ;)

you look thick and lean all over, mate!

07-29-2003, 09:10 AM
Waar woon je in Nederland?

07-29-2003, 09:20 AM
Cuz reiner likes to show off :D

Welcome to the board.

07-29-2003, 09:25 AM
Nah, the language thing, he prolly just wanted to show he knew more than one language :D

07-29-2003, 09:54 AM
Damn dude, you look awesome!!

07-29-2003, 10:00 AM
Looking really good man! How long have you been lifting?

Calves look like they might be lagging just a tad in comparison to your arms but still some very big legs.

Just take this as a compliment if you haven't but... have you done a cycle before?

07-29-2003, 10:03 AM
Looking very good, man. Back is undoubtedly a strong point... legs don't look like they have the capacity for excellent mass that your upper body does, but then again that picture wasn't great. What weight are you looking to compete at.

07-29-2003, 10:24 AM
damn dude..your back shoulders legs and arms kick butt.

hell..all of ya is in great shape!

excellent physique. and welcoem tot he boards.

07-29-2003, 11:48 AM
Yeah i suppose it doesn`t matter its just a standard question for me when encountering another Dutch person online lol

07-29-2003, 11:53 AM
Looking awesome. Very impressive. I think you look pretty proportioned if you were to compete in an All-Natural body building contest guys there don't have massive legs, but they are still pretty freaken' huge. At over 200lbs it looks like you would compete at a Heavy weight level unless you cut down to under 190lbs.

I hope start posting a journal I'm intrested in seeing your training.

07-29-2003, 12:03 PM
Looking awesome!

07-29-2003, 02:02 PM

btw, I love your sig lol.

07-29-2003, 03:19 PM
lol @ ed yeah me too

btw your very impressive hope you stick around

07-29-2003, 04:25 PM
Youre lats are massive man. Trade you calfs?!?! Anyway lookin good. And to be that large you must use cell tech!

07-29-2003, 04:49 PM
you look massive.

But if you can dumbellpress 42kgs over your head for 12 reps, then you should be able to incline dumbell press more than 48kg, that makes very little sense.

07-29-2003, 05:26 PM
damn, lookin' good bro...welcome to the boards

Man I thought was the biggest chinese guy here :).

Your back thickness is insane, I applaud you. 230 lbs at 5'10"? That is almost implausible to me...

Do you have chest/arm/calve measurements? I'm trying to get a better idea.

Hope you stick around.

07-29-2003, 11:50 PM
And I have to beg the question, what kind of help have you used? I've never run into an asian with a back that was remotely as thick as your's. Not accusing by any means, but your back thickness is surreal on an asian.

07-30-2003, 02:51 AM
Dude, you look awesome. You have one of the most impressive physiques on this site. Good luck with the competing, and I hope you contribute your training thoughts on the bodybuilding sub-forum.

Hey Ascended how you get all that definition? Do you curl heavy weights, or lighter weights but isolate the muscle more? I'd also like to know how get that line that seperates the bicep and the tricep in the middle of your arm when you flex, I can't seem to get that, I do good bicep and tricep exercises to, but is there a very good exercise for that? Also, do you do full body workouts, and how often, or do you workout your arms one day, then your abs the next etc...?

07-30-2003, 05:41 PM
It would be great if you could answer all of thoughs questions, it woudl help me out alot. I'm only 16. I weight 135lbs, height not sure, probably 5"10. I curl 20's, but I do them very slow to isolate the muscle like madness. Should I be doing that, or should i be curling 30-35's and only doing 3-6 reps of 3 sets..?

07-30-2003, 05:41 PM
Again. I am aiming for definition, I want to look really cut, do I need to put on like 20-30 more lbs for that?

07-30-2003, 05:45 PM
big asian...yes, very rare...

At 135 @ 5'10, you're definitely going to have to put on at least 20-30 lbs buddy.

07-31-2003, 12:16 PM
I don't care what ethnicity you are, you're a big dude. Very impressive.

07-31-2003, 02:40 PM
Yes, truly impressive! And it's great to have you here. Hope you'll start a journal, man. Keep it up!:)

07-31-2003, 09:05 PM
