Wow. you look very strong and lean. Excellent. Big asians are rare, then again you look a bit Persian too, especially in the first pic.

I think your back is your strongest part. you actually look smallest in the last pic.

Excellent work. what are your goals from here?

in that 2nd last pic, it looks like everyone else in your gym weighs about 90 lbs. ;)

Looking really good man! How long have you been lifting?

Calves look like they might be lagging just a tad in comparison to your arms but still some very big legs.


Just take this as a compliment if you haven't but... have you done a cycle before?

Looking very good, man. Back is undoubtedly a strong point... legs don't look like they have the capacity for excellent mass that your upper body does, but then again that picture wasn't great. What weight are you looking to compete at.

Looking awesome. Very impressive. I think you look pretty proportioned if you were to compete in an All-Natural body building contest guys there don't have massive legs, but they are still pretty freaken' huge. At over 200lbs it looks like you would compete at a Heavy weight level unless you cut down to under 190lbs.

I hope start posting a journal I'm intrested in seeing your training.

But if you can dumbellpress 42kgs over your head for 12 reps, then you should be able to incline dumbell press more than 48kg, that makes very little sense.

Your back thickness is insane, I applaud you. 230 lbs at 5'10"? That is almost implausible to me...

Do you have chest/arm/calve measurements? I'm trying to get a better idea.

And I have to beg the question, what kind of help have you used? I've never run into an asian with a back that was remotely as thick as your's. Not accusing by any means, but your back thickness is surreal on an asian.

Hey Ascended how you get all that definition? Do you curl heavy weights, or lighter weights but isolate the muscle more? I'd also like to know how get that line that seperates the bicep and the tricep in the middle of your arm when you flex, I can't seem to get that, I do good bicep and tricep exercises to, but is there a very good exercise for that? Also, do you do full body workouts, and how often, or do you workout your arms one day, then your abs the next etc...?

It would be great if you could answer all of thoughs questions, it woudl help me out alot. I'm only 16. I weight 135lbs, height not sure, probably 5"10. I curl 20's, but I do them very slow to isolate the muscle like madness. Should I be doing that, or should i be curling 30-35's and only doing 3-6 reps of 3 sets..?

At 135 @ 5'10, you're definitely going to have to put on at least 20-30 lbs buddy.

these are some basic exercises...

I don't know how to convert. Can someone help me here?:confused:
