Sardines and CrabMeat

Crab Meat and Sardines....I have cans of these lying around my room. Are they a good food to eat? Or should I just keep them on the shleves.

Eat them before they eat you.

Yes they are very good food. The only bad thing is the sodium content of all that canned food but it shouldn't be a problem.
