I had nothing with it but water. Shlt!!!! I thought they were healthier than this. Should I eat sparingly the rest of the day?

not happy. I finally just started losing weight and I had to eat this because I was on the road all morning in PA :(

first off, stop obsessing.

second, no fast food is healthy, not even subway

third, 430 calories isnt that bad at all, especially since thats all you ate

Take a deep breath. It's not that bad. Sometimes you just have to eat whatever's at hand - its better than muscle catabolism. One slipup won't kill you, just don't make a habit of it ;)

Dude it wouldent sound nearly as large!! You know the same reason they dont call the quater pounder a half pounder. Fractions are just too honest.

I just started dieting yesterday.

I want french fries dipped in mayo.

I get 6 oz salmon, corn, and broccoli.

big macs and crap arent gonna kill ya. if you dont like mcd's go to hardee's or arby's and get roast beef as an alternative. get some ice cream from zesto or dairy queen on the weekends. gotta have the sweets sometime.
