Hello everyone, it's been a while since I have been on and it feels good to be back. Some of you may remember that I was gonna do a test/dbol cycle back in April. Unfortunatley after I got everything ready for my cycle I got injured, then my father passed away, and basically from there just one thing after another had happened to me since then which had forced me to put aside my training and the planned cycle. Needless to say i have been focusing on my training again and the cycle.

Currently I am 5'10, 189lbs, and have a 35 inch waist right now. Since April I have been using the WBB Routine #1 just to maintain due to lack of time and focus. My leg injury is all healed now and has caught up with the rest of my body. And I have gained a little size and strength as well as a bunch of fat. I'm guessing my BF right now is anywhere between 17-19%. I have started cleaning up my diet again to slim down.

Here is the planned cycle:

Weeks 1-10: 500mg test enan/week

Weeks 1-4 : 25mg dbol ed

I have some nolva on hand in case of gyno and 2 weeks after last shot of test I will start clomid thereapy

I have 48 tabs of clomid (50mg/tab)
I also have 30 tabs of nolvadex (20mg/tab)

Questions:

1. I want to add Liquidex to the cycle and was wondering how much to take as well as how often.

2. If I add liquidex to the cycle how should I use the clomid I have as well as the nolvadex I have.

3. Considering I have gained a lot of fat over the last few months I was wondering:
a)should I use this cycle to cut up at my current size?

b)or should I use this cycle to bulk up some more and then do
a cut post cycle?

c)or should I do cut now and use the cycle after I cut up to do
a clean bulk?

I can tell you that my overall goal is to get as lean as possible and hopefully a six pack if possible. So if anyone has any suggestions or thinks that I am missing something or possibly overdoing something please let me know. I appreciate any help you fellow bb'ers can give me. Thanks.

.05mg , to 1mg ed or eod.

2. If I add liquidex to the cycle how should I use the clomid I have as well as the nolvadex I have.
Save clomid for post cycle. You can also use nolvadex post cycle.
Also just cause your using liquidex you might get gyno. So just keep the nolva handy in case of gyno.

Seriously up to you. Go with what you feel.

Maybe, again depends on your personal goal and how you feel.

sorry to hear about your dad. i know what that is like bro, my father passed almost 3 years back. Sometimes you can't help but feel the hurt over again. Sometimes you don't think about it for months.

As for your cycle bro. If you eat maintainance calories, you are going to lose weight while still adding muscle size. I started my diet about week 11. I have lost about 10 pounds in 3 weeks. some of it is water though, cause in one day i lost 4 pounds. that was the first day of clomid. now I am around the same weight when i started, although there are alot more cuts and alot more size. can't wait for the next one.
