Starting on Monday August 4th, 2003:
Goals: to lose 20 pounds and add 10-15 pounds of muscles and be cut!!!! so i can become faster, stronger, fitter and improve my balance, stablity so i can succeed in rugby

Reasons: Coach wants me to switch positions, gain more confidence in Rugby, move up in selector list, and to get accept in Pacific Pride(its RUgby Canada national development program)
-to feel better about myself
-feel healthier, cut back on fatty food, no more DR.Pepper:(

Goals: 3 months of Strenght and Power Training on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Rugby Training on Tues, Thurs games on either Sats or Sundays.

I CAN DO IT!!! :D

Dude, you can do it!!!! :thumbup: Just need some focus and motivation, and the rest will fall in place.

THIS IS THE BEGINING (HOPEFULLY SO)
Had egg whites sandwich with grilled back bacon and orange juice
lunch: Spaggeti with tomato sauce and lots of water
dinner: grilled chicken with salad and corn

Rugby training, 20 mins of hard sprinting today and weight training starts tomorrow hutty

Well first day
Had a protien shake for breakfast then went to the gym,
Chest:
Bench press-175lbs [1x12 1x10 1x8]
Dumb Bell Bench press-60lbs [1x12 1x10 1x8]
chest fly-120lbs [1x12 1x10 1x8]
Back:
Bar Dead lift-135lbs [1x12 1x10 1x8]
Laterial Raise-90lbs [1x12 1x10 1x8]
Back Extentison-BW plus 25lbs plate [1x12 1x10 1x8]
ABS:
Curls 3x20
Lunch: Bowl of Chili, no meat but loads of vegetables and 3 cups of water
Bonus: Saw Steve Nash in the gym man his Girlfriend mmmmm!!!!

Day 2:
Woke up feeling tired, didnt get a good sleep last night
Had protien shake, and 2 appled and tons of water
Shoulders
-Military press 30lbs [3x12]
-Seated bar military press 80lbs [3x12]
-Hockey Shoulders 10lbs [3x12] its hard baby, feel the burn!!
-side deltoid raise 20 lbs [3x12]
Man my shoulder is sore, i separated it almost 4 1/2 weeks ago in rugby
TRICEPS
-Cable Tricep ext 45lbs [3x12]
-french curls 55lbs [3x12]
-dips (assisted) minus 130 of body weight [3x12]
BICEPS
-Hammer curls 20lbs [3x12]
-preacher bar curls 55lbs [3x12]

15 mins of hill interval on bike
Had chicken with pasta, corn and broccoili
Rugby practice [speed and fitness work]

man, I'm BEAT!!!!

I think you may want to revise your goals, here. Losing 20 lbs of at and adding 10-15 lbs of muscle in 3 months would be a huge achievement for an experienced lifter on heavy anabolics. Its usually more productive to make your goals high, but attainable. For instance, losing 15 lbs of fat while maintaining LBM and strength over 3 months would be a very difficult, but achievable goal.

Good luck with your goals man. Your calories look way low to me though, especially your protein intake. May want to revisit your diet. Just my $0.02.
