My Goal by the end of this year is to be about 15lbs heavier... Of course, to achieve this i should be bulking..

Eat.. Lift.. and Grow.. I plan to steadly increase the Kcal Intake until it reaches 4000kcal and maintain till i reach my goal.
no more smoking, no more drinking, no more slacking...

I'll show u wat spicy Kim Chi can doooooooo!

Stats as of today::
Height- 5'7"
Weight- 156lbs

Flat Barbell Bench- 195x8
Incline Dumbell Bench- 70lbEHx8
Pull Down- 170lbx8

Diet::dry measures

Breakfast- 70g oats,1/2 scoop protein,Eggs(7egg white, 1whole), 1 Cup of milk. [500kcal]
Brunch- Chinese Dim Sum [Assume about 700kcal]
Pre Workout- one cup of yellow corn
Post Workout- 1scoop protein, 40g malto dextrin.
Dinner- 1chicken breast, 30g mozza cheese, rice
night snack- 1scoop protein + milk

Training::Legs
Squats- 275lbs x 6, 275 x 6
Leg Extension- 140lbs x 12
Stiff Legged Dead Lift- 155 x 9, 155 x 9
Hamstring Curl- 90lbs x 7, 90lbs x 7
Standing Calf raises- 270lbs x 8, 270lbs x 6

Personal Input::
Shouldn't have eaten Chinese Dim Sum... It kinna made me feel bloated.. it was good tho haha..... I'm not done my day yet. so we'll see how the rest goes.
Ahh... finished this day's journal a day after.. hahah
anyways.. it's all good

Good luck with the journal man. You are pretty strong for being so lean! Don't fear man, Dim Sum makes everyone feel bloated. :D

Diet::dry measures

Breakfast(9:00am)- 2pieces of whole wheat bread, Eggs(7egg white, 2whole)
Brunch- skip
Lunch(noon)- 9 egg whites, 5 dumplings, 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
Afternoon Snack- chicken sandwich made by my girl, watermelon bubble tea with grass jelley.. hehe
Dinner(5:00pm)- chicken breast, 1 whole wheat tortilla pizza(9")
night snack- 1scoop protein + milk

pretty awesome day. diet was not perfect but it was good.
kept myself pretty full allday.. ..

heck yeah!!
i had dim sum today, way over 700 cals for me tho. i had to wait over an hour and they didn't even have mango pudding or sponge cake. bah.

Dinner- 4 shrimp tempura, 2chicken skewers, 6salmon 2tuna 2grilled eel 4shrimp 2salmon roe sushi, 2makicone

even around 12:00 i was still full from sushi dinner... Workout was great.. legs are sore like mother... generally good day.. holy.. i'm never gana eat taht much food again...

Awesome workout... my stomach didn't feel too good for some reason... i think i juss ate too much yesterday hahahha..

Brunch- 6egg whites, Steamed beans, grains (chal-bab::korean special)
Pre Workout- half btl of gatorade
Post Workout- 1scoop protein, 30g carb
Dinner- 6egg whites, Steamed beans, grains (chal-bab::korean special), sweet melon soup(ho-bak-jook::korean special), protein shake
Snack- Rice with curry pork w/ mushroom, bubble tea

My muscles have recovered almost compelelty now... well i wouldn't know but it's juss not as sore...
Diet WILL be good.ahha
