I'm looking to piece together a diet aimed towards maximum weight gain, however, since I am not an expert on what kind of foods would be in my best interest to eat I am looking for an example. In detail preferably - like times between meals, etc. If anyone has a schedule they're willing to let me adapt from :)
I'm a really thin guy sitting at around 5 feet, 9 inches, and around the 130 pound mark. This will be the first time I have ever put myself on a regimented diet of any kind, any and all help is appreciated! :help:
