1/2 package of 7-ounce bagged salad

4 oz. thickly sliced skinless turkey breat from deli counters (ask the deli to slice the meat thickly)

4 baby carrots

5 cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup canned black beans, drained.

2 Tbsp. low-fat ranch dressing

5 small whole-wheat crackers

Easy Steps

1) Place bagged salad in large bowl.
2) Slice turkey into strips and add to salad. Cut baby carrots and tomatoes into chunks and toss into salad. Add beans.
3) Toss with dressing and serve with crackers.

How it tasted: I'm not a fan of salads but damn this was one damn tasty salad. Again, not a fan of the black beans but they really go good and add some nutritions.
